We accept returns only in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To initiate a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product, providing your order ID and clear photos showing the issue. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging to qualify for return. Items that have been altered, customized, or cut (such as fabric) are not eligible for return.
